Showcasing 3 centres

Sector 40 Dispensary, Gurugram

Chikitsa has been operating a Base Clinic at its Sector 40 Dispensary, Gurugram, since 2008. The dispensary had been lying vacant until it was provided to Chikitsa to run as a public-private partnership with the Haryana Government. Its timings are from 9 AM – 1 PM daily, except for Sundays and Gazetted holidays. The Base Clinic sees over 100+ OPD patients daily and is the location from which mobile clinics and MMU’s are run. It is also the hub of all CHIKITSA operations and serves as our field office.

Asaf Ali Road Clinic, New Delhi

Since 2020, Chikitsa provides primary healthcare for a token fee to the poor and needy at its PHC Clinic at the RD Jindal Building on Asaf Ali Road, located near the New Delhi Railway Station. During the COVID-19 pandemic we also distributed free food rations and health kits to the neighbourhood poor.

With the support of Kiwanis Club of New Delhi, Chikitsa also makes available the services of a physiotherapist and provides free made-to-order artificial limbs (prosthetics and orthotics). Chikitsa has in the past also assisted the differently-abled by gifting them wheelchairs and hand tricycles.

In adjoining rooms at the same premises our sister NGO, Shiksha, conducts vocational training courses for local youth, such as NIIT linked basic computer courses and Tally Accounting Workshops, besides tailoring courses for the local community.

Vasant Kunj

The Vasant Kunj Base Clinic located at Kali Mandir, Sector B, Pocket 7 has been operating since 17 July 2010. In addition to the free services of a General Physician & Gynaecologist, a free* Physiotherapy Center functions there three days a week. During the COVID-19 Pandemic the Vasant Kunj clinic had paused its operations.
